Online tickets must be purchased and reserved by 11.59 pm the day before at the latest; this is no longer possible after this time. An online ticket can be purchased at the earliest 28 days in advance. Only 1 admission per person can be reserved.

The ticket has a binding length of stay (entry to exit). If the duration is exceeded, an additional charge of CHF 2.50 per 1/4 hour or part thereof will be levied.

You can buy your ticket directly at the vending machine in the foyer of the pool ticket office. You do not have to queue at the ticket office.

Please ensure that you select the correct date and time, as it is not possible to cancel or subsequently change your booking to another day or time. The admission ticket is only valid on the selected day at the selected time.

If the period you have chosen can no longer be booked, the online quotas are exhausted. In this case, you can still purchase tickets on site. Waiting times may apply.

Reduced tickets for senior citizens (men from the age of 65 and women from the age of 64), IV, students, apprentices and children can only be obtained at our pool ticket office, as they can only be obtained in conjunction with a valid ID.
