Aqua Fitness
19 LessonsExercising in chest-deep water trains the cardiovascular system and strengthens the muscles. Joints and spine are protected. The resistance of the water allows the exercise load to be infinitely varied.

Pelvic floor gymnastics
3 LessonsOften neglected, yet so central: the pelvic floor muscles have an enormous influence on our health, energy, charisma and joy of life. The course is aimed at women who want to build up the pelvic and trunk muscles through targeted exercises and improve body awareness.

Core-Training
8 LessonsThe workout strengthens the "core" of the body, the many muscles deep in the torso that are responsible for the body's stability. Specific back, abdominal and pelvic floor exercises promote a vital and upright posture and can eliminate or prevent back and joint pain.

Latin Dance
1 LessonsLatin dance is cheerful and exhilarating. Having fun moving to fiery music boosts fat burning, promotes stamina and also releases a few happy hormones. Last but not least, learning small choreographies of dance steps is also excellent memory training. No previous dance experience is required, what counts is simply the desire and enjoyment of dance and music.

Pilates
6 LessonsThe gentle, effective workout trains your body awareness and supports a naturally upright posture. Flowing movement and strengthening exercises combined with deep breathing train your body holistically. Abdominal and back muscle training are a focus of the Pilates method because these areas, as the supporting apparatus of the body, are responsible for stability and posture.

Back gymnastics

Yoga
14 LessonsThe training includes physical, breathing and relaxation exercises. These cause a strengthening of the musculature as well as a balanced psyche. Tension and stress are reduced. Yoga is not purely physical training, but always includes the person in its entirety of body, soul and spirit.

Relaxation yoga 60+
2 LessonsEspecially in the mature phase of life, the need to experience one's own existence anew, to grow older with dignity, as well as to continue to grow and achieve the greatest possible independence often increases.
